warning: my A is still dodgey i apologise for the spelling mistakes in advance.
My rugby waistcoat looks fab!! i love it i think i am actully in love with it. I got home this afternoonn and i sewed my advertising boards my little rubgy man the ball the posts the grass and it has all come together and looks fab i need to do my embroidery on it this weekend.
Gonna do the embrodiery on it tomrrow and print all my pictures to get my development bits done in my sketchbook and i need to do some more samples for my sample folder...
Nearly had a heart attack early i counted the wrong date and thought i had 2 weeks today left but in fact i have 3! Im on plan with the making my plan was finish making by this time next week so i have 2 weeks left to get everything together which i think is achivable. If i wnt to stick to this plan i need to start doing the cape this weekend. I need to go to tthe button shop to get welsh buttons but i forgot so i will ask mum to go and send them in the post as i wont be going home in the next 3 weeks... Not long left its actully scary how quick this year is going but working to deadlines makes it go super quick.
Ive decided on barry island for definite for my cape theme, i think its a place thats been highlighted in the medi with gavin and stacey and its a place that holds a lot of stories and memories from everyone even people that are not welsh and have visited barry island. I collected a few paper cuttings from the newspper on barry island, the local papers in wales always concentrate on Barry in summer think they r trying to make more of it since its appeared on torchwood, gavin and stacey and dr who. Its also my choice as its somewhere a lot of people can relate to and by that i mean its a derelict seaside town and there r a lot of places that are and this will bring memories for people who have visited the other places.
love seeing all my work come together its starting to look really good. I sorted my room out tonight and put all my sketchbooks together and bits to do it all weekend s im staying in this weekend and doing lots of work to it. tomorrow i must go somewhere and print my pictures from my USB its important. I posted the stamped addressed envelope now waiting to have it so i can have a look at some more on welsh wool its so interesting.
So tired way past my bedtime got too carried awy tidying tonight
